Complaint Form
The environmental health division investigates and attempts to abate all reported nuisances involving matters related to public health. They also attempt to control nuisances and diseases caused by insects, rodents, and other pets.
All complaints to the Ashland County-City Health Department MUST be in writing. Anonymous complaints will not be accepted.
