Immunizations are provided on a walk-in basis every Wednesday
from 9-11 AM and on the 4th Monday of each month from 4-6:00 PM
at the Health Department.

Also, the Health Department conducts an immunization clinic
on the 2nd Thursday of each month in Loudonville from 12-3:00 PM.
Clinics are for all children and adults. The fee is $10 per visit
for childhood immunizations (through age 18),
regardless of the number of vaccines that are needed.
No child is turned away for inability to pay. Medicaid cards
must be presented. Please bring immunization record to each clinic visit!

Children must be accompanied by a parent
or have written permission from the parent. Adult vaccine charges
vary depending on the particular vaccine.
