Main Street. \nGuests can ask medical professionals questions\, hear from a cancer survivor\, and learn about services available to residents undergoing cancer treatment. \nRecent data from the National Cancer Institute (2018-20202) shows the number of colorectal cancer deaths per 100\,000 people: \n\nAshland County: 18\nOhio: 13.9\nUnited States: 12.9\n\nFor comparison\, the national goal (Healthy People Target) is 8.9 deaths per 100\,000. \nWhen Ashland County created its 2023-2025 Community Health Improvement Plan\, the most recent data available was from 2016-2020. At that time\, the numbers were event higher: \n\nAshland County: 23.3\nOhio: 14.5\nUnited States: 13.3\n\nThis shows progress in Ashland County but highlights that colorectal cancer deaths remain higher than state and national averages.

DESCRIPTION:Flu vaccines will be available for ages 6 months and older. High dose flu vaccines will be available for those eligible. Covid vaccines will be available for ages 12 years and older. Please wear a short sleeve shirt\, bring a photo ID\, your insurance information\, and your vaccine record (if available). Children ages 6 months – 17 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (must have parent photo ID\, signed and dated note from parent\, OR guardianship paperwork). Medicaid\, Medicare\, and most forms of insurance will be accepted for payment. \nThe out-of-pocket cost for a regular flu vaccine is $50 and $100 for a high-risk flu vaccine. The out-of-pocket cost for the Covid (Moderna) vaccine is $202.
