Community Vaccination Clinic

We will be offering flu and possibly COVID vaccines at our Mobile Clinic at the Loudonville Street Fair. Please wear a short sleeve shirt, bring a photo ID, your insurance information, and your vaccine record (if available). Children ages 6 months – 17 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (must have parent photo ID, signed and dated note from parent, OR guardianship paperwork). Medicaid, Medicare, and most forms of insurance will be accepted for payment.

The out-of-pocket cost for a regular flu vaccine is $50 and $100 for a high-risk flu vaccine. The out-of-pocket cost for the Covid (Moderna) vaccine, if available, is $295. These figures reflect a 10% cash discount if paid on the day of service.
