Community Vaccination Clinic

Flu and COVID-19 vaccines will be available for ages 6 months and older. High dose flu vaccines will be available for those eligible. Please wear a short sleeve shirt, bring a photo ID, your insurance information, and your vaccine record (if available). Children ages 6 months – 17 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (must have parent photo ID, signed and dated note from parent, OR guardianship paperwork). Medicaid, Medicare, and most forms of insurance will be accepted for payment.
