Mobile Clinic

Anyone in the community is welcome to use the walk-in services of the Ashland County Health Department’s Mobile Clinic.
The Mobile Clinic offers:
– Child and adult vaccines;
– Blood pressure checks;
– Hemoglobin A1C;
– Blood sugar test (a 3-hour fast is preferred);
– Height and weight checks.
Appointments are not required, but you may schedule an appointment if you’d like by calling 419-282-4357. Please bring your driver’s license, insurance card, and vaccine record (if available).
Please do not visit the Mobile Clinic if you are ill. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. The screenings we offer are not intended to diagnose medical conditions. A doctor should confirm any abnormal results.
